5 Tips sa Isang Epektibong Relasyon

Relasyon... 

Importante ba ang relasyon para sa iyo? Ano nga ba ang relasyon para sa iyo? Nakakatulong ba ito sa iyong pang araw araw na buhay...  Marami klase ang relasyon, may relasyon para sa asawa, anak, mga magulang, kapatid, at maging sa ating kaibigan... 

Para sa akin, ang relasyon ay importante. Kung wala tayong magandang relasyon sa ating kapwa, hindi rin tayo uunlad. Ito ay napakahalaga sa bawat isa. Sa kung paano tayo makikitungo sa araw araw na pakikibaka sa magkakaibang tao. Ito ang nagiging pagsubok natin dahil ang bawat isa ay may kanya kanyang paguugali. Sabi nga nila "You can't please everyone" ... Pero may paraan naman para maging smooth ang ating relasyon sa ating kapwa. 


Ito ang tips ko para sayo upang magkaron ng magandang relasyon at mapanatili mo ito. Una, kelangan naten maintindihan o maunawaan ang bawat tao. Kung ano ang kilos niya at mga gusto niya. Pangalawa, ihonor o bigyan ng pugay ang bawat isa araw araw, tuwing umaga maari mong icherish and inyong mga moments. Pangatlo, iwasan ang pakikipagtalo or alitan. Hindi ito maganda sa isang relasyon at ito ang papatay sa isang relasyon. Hangga't maari ay unawain ang bawat isa. Pang-apat, maging masaya araw araw. Ikaw lang ang maaaring makapag control ng iyong kasiyahan, dapat mong isipin at ipadama ang kasiyahan na ito. Pang-lima, Kung nais mong irespeto ka, Irespeto mo muna ang iba o ang iyong kapwa. Kung gusto mo mahalin ka nila, ipakita at ipadama mo muna sa kanila na mahal mo rin sila. In short, give what you want to receive.

Do It Yourself Home Tips





Gutters and downspouts:
Remove leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts. Reattach gutters that have pulled away from the house. Run a hose on the roof and check for proper drainage. If leaks exist, dry the area and use caulking or epoxy to seal the leak.



Window and door screens: 
Clean screening and check for holes. Holes bigger than a quarter leave plenty of room for bugs to climb in. Patch holes or replace the screen. Save bad screen to patch holes next year. Tighten or repair any loose or damaged frames and repaint. Replace broken, worn, or missing hardware. Wind can ruin screens and frames that are allowed to flap and move, so make sure they are securely fastened. Tighten and lubricate door hinges and closers.


Landscape:
Cut back and trim all vegetation and overgrown bushes that are touching structures. Limbs and leaves can cut into your home's paint, requiring that side of the house to be repainted. A little trimming can save a lot of money and time.
Foundation: 
Check foundation walls, floors, concrete and masonry for cracking, heaving, or deterioration. If a significant number of bricks are losing their mortar, call a professional. If you can slide a nickel into a crack in your concrete floor, slab or foundation, call a professional immediately.

Exterior caulking:
Inspect caulking and replace if deteriorating. Scrape out all the eroding caulk and re-caulk the needed area.


Roof: 
Inspect roof surface flashing, eaves and soffits. Check flashings around all surface projections and sidewalls.
